You must be the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from us, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
When you create an account or place an order, you promise that:

- You have permission to use the payment method you provide
- You’ll keep your account details safe and secure
3. Our Products
We aim to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours, textures, and finishes may look different depending on your screen and settings.
We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice. Limited runs mean some items may not be restocked.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll confirm once we’ve accepted it and processed your payment.
Please check your order carefully before placing it — we may not be able to cancel once it’s confirmed.
Your purchases are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your location at checkout, unless stated otherwise. Your payment provider may apply additional conversion fees.
All prices exclude shipping, taxes, and customs charges unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice, but we’ll honour the price shown at the time you placed your order.
You agree to provide accurate billing details and update them if they change.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We give estimated delivery times, but they’re not guaranteed. Once your order is with the courier, delivery is their responsibility and delays may happen. Risk passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and designs on our site belong to Ẹlẹ́wà or our partners and are protected by law. You can’t copy, modify, or reuse them without permission.
8. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to tools or content from other companies. We’re not responsible for their accuracy, security, or terms — use them at your own risk.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted on Shopify, they also process some of your data — see their policy for details.
10. Feedback & Reviews
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or reviews, you give us permission to use them (without payment) to improve our Services and share with others.
11. Errors & Changes
Sometimes our site may contain mistakes (e.g., typos, wrong prices). We can correct these and update or cancel orders if needed.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive. This includes fraud, harassment, intellectual property theft, spamming, hacking, or interfering with our site’s security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state where our business is registered. Any disputes will be handled in those courts.
