set a stick in a heat-proof vessel. light the tip, let the flame take for a few seconds, then blow it out so the ember glows. after 5 to 15 minutes, smoosh the tip out in your holder until it stops glowing, and enjoy the lingering scent.

no. the incense is chunky, designed to look like cigarillos. you don't need to burn a whole stick in one go (you can, if you want to).

long burns suit big rooms and the outdoors. short burns indoors set a mood or an intention.

12. a short burn goes a long way.

use a heat-proof vessel and keep a window ajar. never leave a burning stick unattended. keep out of reach of children and pets. all three blends contain frankincense resin and essential oils that can irritate skin and eyes, so wash your hands after handling and keep away from eyes. harmful if swallowed. ask if unsure.
