Shipping policy
Every order is prepared with care — packed by hand, checked, and sent on its way with intention. We ship in batches to reduce unnecessary trips and to make the most of our carbon-neutral Sendle deliveries. This may mean your order takes a little longer to leave our hands, but it helps us work in a way that honours both the product and the planet.
Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment, unless otherwise noted in the product description. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Carrier
We use Sendle for all deliveries. Sendle is a carbon-neutral courier service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia (metro): 2–6 business days
- Australia (regional): 5–10 business days
- International: Delivery times vary depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 10–30 business days.
Please note: these timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays
We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk & Responsibility
Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to Sendle. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@itselewa.com so we can lodge an inquiry with Sendle.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping details carefully. We can’t refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
